1.    A non-refundable deposit (if visa is granted) of $500.00 is required upon submission of documents.
2.    Fifty percent of tour cost is required on APRIL 05 ,2025 in payment for Airline Ticket which is due for issuance on the said date and 
3.    FULL PAYMENT should be on MAY 05,2025
4.    CANCELLATION FEE: 50% of tour cost if cancelled within 3 weeks before the departure.

RATES,TOUR PROGRAMS & SCHEDULES are subject to change if conditions so demand. TLC Travel and Tours, reserves the right to postpone the departure if participants fall below the time. Tour fare is based on group departure therefore, non-endorsable, non re routable, with refunds, if any, is subject to cancellation and charges.
